The shuttle pick-up/drop-off area at Alewife Station is on the ground level between the taxi-stand and the parking garage entrance. Make sure to go to the shuttles pickup area (not the MBTA buses). 

It is recommended you arrive at your shuttle stop 5+ minutes before the scheduled departure time. All scheduled pick-up times are approximate and shuttles will not wait for late riders.

The shuttle operates Monday throuh Friday during  peak commuting hours.

Morning: 7am to 10am

Afternoon: 3pm to 7:15pm

There is no shuttle service on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Presidents' Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving (and the day after)
• Christmas Day

The shuttle is free of charge to the employees or tenants at participating locations. 

You can track the shuttle on the live GPS tracker through the Ride Systems mobile app or at alewifeconnect.com

The shuttle is not able to wait for late riders. Please be outside 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

The Alewife TMA shuttle is accessible for all persons with disabilities.
