Membership in the Alewife TMA is open to any public or private business, office building, or residential complex in the Alewife/Fresh Pond area.  Membership offers key programs that improve mobility in the region and works to give members a voice on transportation policies, legislation and projects.

 Membership dues for the TMA are tax-deductible as a business expense.

Ideal for both small and large-scale companies, organizations, and non-profits.
Membership dues are based on total employee count.

Residential Properties

Ideal for luxury apartment buildings, condos, and complexes.
Membership dues are based on the total number of housing units.

Ideal for multi-tenant office parks and locations under the PTDM compliance ordinance.
